1st Pool Workout

Did my first pool workout in over 18 months. I use to swim in the past winters to improve my surfing come spring (and warmer water) but I haven't been surfing as much so I never needed to head to the pool.
Met Chris at the Y Tuesday night to swim some laps and for him to give me pointers. As a former collegiate level swimmer, he was able to provide some tips and stroke technique. He showed me how to use the fins, floats, and kickboards properly and the drills that go along with them.

My mini tri workout:

AM Workout: 3 mile Tempo Run
PM Workout: 1600 yd swim

AM Workout: 20 mile bike (Tempo)

Breezy Point is on June 1st.
